I have been a massage therapist since 1999 at Back to Health Chiropractic and Massage. I am a member of the Associated Body work and Massage Professionals (ABMP).

My experience includes seven seasons as the massage therapist for the Portland Winterhawks hockey team. I have experience with sports injuries, car accidents, work related injuries and post-surgical rehabilitation.

I specialize in neuro-muscular re-education, post- surgical rehab massage, myofascial release, sports injuries, deep tissue massage, soft tissues techniques, pre and post natal massage, reflexology and Kinesio Tex (KT) taping techniques.

I am dedicated to personal wellness. I am also certified in personal training and corrective exercise which allows me to educate my patients and clients in various stretching and strengthening techniques.

I am happy to offer my years of experience and create a massage that is catered to your specific needs.

I am married to my best friend Jill and we have two amazing children. As a family, we enjoy vacationing in Disneyland and Disney World and enjoy our weekends that always involve hockey.

Pic-Massage-EnriqueFrom a young age I knew I wanted to help people. I didn’t know how I was going to do it, until I met Dr. Tom. I have known Dr. Tom for more than five years and from the moment I met him, he showed me a healthier way of life and that the body is wonderfully created to heal itself. He educated me on better ways to heal the body besides medications. After showing me the healthier way, he helped guide me with my career of a massage therapist. I am glad to say that I was able to start my career as a massage therapist at Back to Health Chiropractic and Massage.

I am motivated to be the best massage therapist I can be and help others with my skills and abilities. I continue to learn from the amazing people I work with and from the experience I have gained at Back to Health Chiropractic. I know how much I am able to help others with my abilities, as a massage therapist I know massage therapy helps the body heal itself from within, allowing all the tissue to become healthier.

I understand each patient’s injury is different from others, so I always take time to ask each individual what their areas of complaints. I want to make sure I provide our patients with the most beneficial massage in helping speed the recovery time and for them to feel better. I also enjoy helping family and friends when they are experiencing pain, by offering them a massage treatment whenever I am available. I know being able to perform a massage is a healthier alternative than taking medication.

I could not be happier working anyplace other than at Back to Health and I am thankful to have the opportunity to help people with my massage services!

Health and wellness have always been deep rooted passions of mine; fueled by being blessed enough to grow up experiencing chiropractic care, listening to the amazing ways the body can heal itself and how our physical and mental health walk hand in hand together.

I entered massage school right out of high school graduating and becoming a Massage Therapist in 2015 at 19 years old. Since then, I have always worked in chiropractic and medical settings with a focus on injury recovery. I specialize in auto and workplace injury recovery, cupping, and myofascial release. Each of my clients is wonderfully unique and I always take the time to listen and understand your individual pain and goals.

I hope to be the best support possible as you heal whether that be from a 15-year-old shoulder injury or the stresses of life getting a bit too strong. My love of health and wellness has spilled over into my personal life in that I am an avid yogi. Beyond that my passions lie in art and nature. I always have some kind of craft or project in the works and try to improve my gardening skills every year. I am so grateful to be a part of the Back to Health family and the opportunity to offer massage to patients.
