Timothy Harp, LMP Lic. MA00012668

I have been a massage therapist since 1999 at Back to Health Chiropractic and Massage. I am a member of the Associated Body work and Massage Professionals (ABMP).

My experience includes seven seasons as the massage therapist for the Portland Winterhawks hockey team. I have experience with sports injuries, car accidents, work related injuries and post-surgical rehabilitation.

I specialize in neuro-muscular re-education, post- surgical rehab massage, myofascial release, sports injuries, deep tissue massage, soft tissues techniques, pre and post natal massage, reflexology and Kinesio Tex (KT) taping techniques.

I am dedicated to personal wellness. I am also certified in personal training and corrective exercise which allows me to educate my patients and clients in various stretching and strengthening techniques.

I am happy to offer my years of experience and create a massage that is catered to your specific needs.

I am married to my best friend Jill and we have two amazing children. As a family, we enjoy vacationing in Disneyland and Disney World and enjoy our weekends that always involve hockey.

Bethany Parson, LMP Lic. MA60168424

I completed my massage education in September of 2009, at a small school in Tucson, AZ called Cortiva Institute of Massage Therapy. I graduated with honors and particularly enjoyed courses in Anatomy and Physiology. I believe therapeutic massage is an essential part of optimal health and a necessary component in restorative care.

From the start of my schooling, I was told I have keen palpation skills. My hands seem to instinctively seek out damage and pathological tissues and set right to work to restore order and reduce pain.

Part of my journey as an LMP, sadly included a near exhaustion burn-out in spring of 2016. I’d been overworking myself in an unsupportive environment, and quite frankly felt so defeated I thought I had to quit. I prayed desperately for a change, and was even looking into alternative career paths when I heard about the opening here at Back to Health Chiropractic. During the interview process, I was so impressed by the atmosphere and culture of the office. I felt encouraged and inspired by Dr. Tom’s joyful and genuine approach not only to chiropractic care, but to life. And I knew very quickly I wanted to be a part of the team. It has been a great privilege and a huge answer to prayer!

I find great joy and fulfillment in my work, and feel very blessed to know I’m doing what I’m supposed to do. I’m humbled and honored daily to be part of the healing process. When I am not at work, I enjoy quality time with my favorite people. I like to try new restaurants, travel, cook, clean, and be creative. I also LOVE time with my best pal, my dog, Gus. And as a goal, I am learning to enjoy reading.

Enrique Juarez, LMP Lic. MA60567566

From a young age I knew I wanted to help people. I didn’t know how I was going to do it, until I met Dr. Tom. I have known Dr. Tom for more than five years and from the moment I met him, he showed me a healthier way of life and that the body is wonderfully created to heal itself. He educated me on better ways to heal the body besides medications. After showing me the healthier way, he helped guide me with my career of a massage therapist. I am glad to say that I was able to start my career as a massage therapist at Back to Health Chiropractic and Massage.

I am motivated to be the best massage therapist I can be and help others with my skills and abilities. I continue to learn from the amazing people I work with and from the experience I have gained at Back to Health Chiropractic. I know how much I am able to help others with my abilities, as a massage therapist I know massage therapy helps the body heal itself from within, allowing all the tissue to become healthier.

I understand each patient’s injury is different from others, so I always take time to ask each individual what their areas of complaints. I want to make sure I provide our patients with the most beneficial massage in helping speed the recovery time and for them to feel better. I also enjoy helping family and friends when they are experiencing pain, by offering them a massage treatment whenever I am available. I know being able to perform a massage is a healthier alternative than taking medication.

I could not be happier working anyplace other than at Back to Health and I am thankful to have the opportunity to help people with my massage services!

Angela Litle, LMP Lic. MA00012349

Hello, my name is Angela and I have a passion for people and their well-being. I have been practicing massage since 1999 and since have had the privilege of helping people feel better and live more abundant lives all because of touch!

I am energized and in awe of the human body and its God given ability to heal itself… when well taken care of and with an understanding of how that can take place. As a massage practitioner I am blessed to be able to help administer that healing through touch.

I believe in caring for each patient as an individual with the understanding that everybody experiences pain, injury and healing differently and as a therapist I strive to truly “tune in” and experience a patient’s energy, so that I can apply the best technique possible for the most beneficial treatment and on an individual basis. I also believe in educating people about natural techniques we can apply to our daily lives to live and feel better!

As a mother of two beautiful, healthy children and wife of 17 years to my childhood sweetheart Bradley, I have the flexibility and privilege of working at Back to Health with Dr. Tom and Dr. Jon and this wonderful supportive staff that I love and call my friends and it is my honor to give back and share that blessing with you.
